About the Badge

The Self-Care Quilter Badge is about building quilting habits that support your body, your energy, and your enjoyment of the process. This badge invites members to notice how quilting feels, make small changes that help them stay comfortable, and protect the creative spark from turning into “my shoulders are now earrings” territory.

Badge Requirements

• Identify at least three ways quilting affects your body, mood, energy, or creative well-being.
• Choose one self-care habit to practice while quilting, such as stretching, taking breaks, improving posture, adjusting lighting, drinking water, or setting up your tools more comfortably.
• Make one intentional change to your sewing routine or workspace.
• Try the change during at least one quilting session.
• Reflect on how the change affected your comfort, focus, or enjoyment.
  

Badge Options

Embroidered Patch

The embroidered Quiltbound badge is made with high-quality embroidery on a twill backing and measures 2" x 2".

This patch is designed to be sewn on, so you can attach it to a quilted tote, project pouch, denim jacket, badge banner, or wherever you’re keeping track of your quilting adventures.

Vinyl Sticker
