This wholesale page is designed for existing approved Quiltbound Chapters that would like to order select Quiltbound products at wholesale pricing for resale through their chapter or shop.

If you’re already part of the Quiltbound Chapter network, you can request wholesale access using the application below. Once approved, you’ll receive access to the wholesale area and can begin placing orders for eligible products.

If you’re not yet an approved chapter, please start by learning more about becoming a Quiltbound Chapter before applying for wholesale access.

How it works

  • Submit your request

    Fill out the wholesale access form below. This form is for existing approved Quiltbound Chapters only.

  • Column

    Pair text with an image to focus on your chosen product, collection, or blog post. Add details on availability, style, or even provide a review.

  • I’ll review your information

    I’ll confirm your chapter status and review the information submitted. I may follow up if I need any additional details before activating access.

  • Get access to wholesale ordering

    Once approved, you’ll receive the next steps for accessing the wholesale area and placing orders.

Before you apply

Please note the following before submitting your request:

  • Wholesale access is currently available only to approved Quiltbound Chapters.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
  • You must be authorized to purchase products for resale on behalf of your chapter or shop.
  • You may be asked to provide proof of resale or sales tax registration before wholesale access is activated.
  • Each chapter or shop is responsible for collecting and remitting any required sales tax in its own location.
