Refund policy

At Quiltbound, I want you to feel good about what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or not quite right, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact hello@quiltbound.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

Please do not send items back without contacting me first. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact me right away at hello@quiltbound.com so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue when possible. Photos help me fix things faster, which is always the dream.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital products, including PDF quilt patterns and downloadable files
  • Print-on-demand apparel and accessories
  • Cut fabric yardage
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, washed, worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging

Print-on-demand items are made just for you after you order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

That said, if your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@quiltbound.com so I can help make it right.

Exchanges

At this time, I do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get something different is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Print-on-demand items, digital products, cut fabric yardage, gift cards, sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return eligible merchandise within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items may be excluded from the EU cooling off period, including certain custom-made, personalized, digital, or made-to-order products. This may include print-on-demand items and digital downloads.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll let you know whether your refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
